Found an amazing Ted Talk the other day. I want to share it with all of my friends. It’s Jane Fonda talking about the next phase of her life. After you watch the video (11 mins.) please respond- I would love to know what you think.

Jane Fonda Ted Talk Life’s Third Act
I would assume she has had some help in staying so youthful looking…It works, I think she looks fabulous. Can’t believe she is 67 yrs. old. I really like what she says about negativity and forgiveness. After viewing the video I began to reevaluate my life too. I want to age gracefully – I want to enter the last act feeling good about my life, my health, my friends and family. I want to have a better relationship with food and exercise, have a healthy attitude. Jane says we need to reflect on our life–we need to go back and view our life as we have lived it (it’s called a life review). We need to reassess and make necessary changes so that our third act is a positive, loving one that will not only enhance our current life but the lives of young women whom we love and might have influence on. I found myself thinking about my own daughters and what I can do to ensure they have a positive outlook and attitude now- while they are in their first act. I try to always be positive and encouraging, I stay active and involved and I remind them daily that my life is so enriched because of them and that I am so proud of the beautiful hard working women they have become.
