Every Vow You Break

Can you imagine in one week you are marrying the man of your dreams and at your bachelorette party you meet an intriguing man who you end up having a one-night stand with?  You regret this hasty decision immediately, but you did enjoy yourself. Abigail Baskin decides to remain quiet and keep her secret from her millionaire fiancé, Bruce Lamb.  A few weeks later, the wedding goes as planned, and as they are jetted off to their honeymoon, Abigail is full of love and happiness.  She feels secure in her decision to remain quiet about her indiscretion. 

The honeymoon setting isn’t exactly what Abigail had in mind…she pictured a week in paradise which would include beach, ocean and margaritas.  Not the remote island her new husband has whisked her off to.  When Abigail spots the man she had the one-night fling with on the same remote island, she becomes suspicious.  Could he be following her?  Is he stalking her?  There aren’t many people on the island so what are the odds that this is a coincidence?  

Things heat up quickly when Abigail realizes she is going to be punished for her infidelity because her husband knows everything.   Abigail must survive by her wits if she is ever going to get off this island alive.

I like Peter Swanson!  I like his characters, his writing style, his plot development, his plot twists…he always keeps me coming back for more. 😊   This is a fast-paced novel that can be read in one sitting.  You won’t want to put it down!
