Meet Mel Larson! She is the blogger behind Larson Lingo. She is a mom of three, a middle school math teacher, a creator of invitations (she has her own Etsy store) and a real interesting person. I love reading about her family and her classroom. She recently posted a picture of her classroom highlighting a bulletin board which focuses on kindness in the classroom-I’m all about that. Her blog posts of her children’s birthday parties are entertaining and she has great ideas in helping make their parties fun and colorful!
I love the use of dump trucks to display candies and snacks. Mel is very creative and appears to put lots of thought into the themed parties she throws!
pumpkin-bread with daughter —- click on the link to read her post on making Pumpkin Bread with her daughter. Just this morning Olivia said she wanted to make a Pumpkin Bread because she loves Pumpkin and it Tis the season! This is an easy recipe and one I know she will enjoy, plus it makes two loaves, so Olivia could share one. While looking at these pictures it reminded me of when my girls were small and would help me in the kitchen, GOD I miss those days. Anyway, I do have KJ and I look forward to baking with him when he gets a little older. 🙂
Have fun looking through her blog and tell what you think. Have a wonderful weekend, here in Michigan the weather is predicted to be beautiful. Prayers to those in hurricane madness.
auf Wiedersehen
