Can life get any better? Seriously, I must be late to the party- I had no idea there were so many exercise Apps for your phone- and good ones too! I downloaded a few of them the other day and I wanted to share which ones I am enjoying.
All the Apps are free and found in the Google store for my Samsung Android phone.
1. Kegel Exercise- Kegel Trainer. This is an easy to use trainer that reminds you daily that you need to get to work. The workout is very easy and gets more difficult as time goes on. All sessions are between 30 seconds and 3 minutes long. It’s a simple and easy-to-use trainer that strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. FREE
2. 30 day Abs Workout Challenge. Amazing graphics on this App and I really believe it will help me get my abs in better shape. FREE
3. Lose Weight in 30 Days. This App not only has exercises but also meal plans! The App tracks calories burned, offers motivational tips, and the graphics and images are stellar. FREE
4. Super Plank Workout. Lots of different programs to keep you motivated and not bored with planks. FREE
Each App has video, audio and text instructions, and a virtual instructor who is with you throughout your exercises. Plus they offer additional advice like “This is where you breath in and breath out.” The Apps gradually introduce more intense workouts and after each workout recorded you get a medal. With daily reminders and motivational tips I think I found a jackpot!
I only downloaded 4 Apps so far but there are literally hundreds of them to choose from. All of them have reviews so it’s easy to decide which one is best for you.
