We have had so much fun this month! August is such a beautiful time of year and we have been outside biking and running as much as possible!
We heading out one Friday evening to listen to a band we were interested in hiring for our wedding, “Momford and Sons” was playing at a local restaurant and we took this pic as we waited for the band to play. We have heard the band before and we just wanted to make sure we still liked them…they were amazing and they agreed to play at our wedding!!
We also went shopping for tile for our master bath. We are thinking about gutting it and installing a brand new bathroom.:)
The third week of August was spent in Marquette, MI. WE had a blast and now want to go Up-North every year- the biking trails were amazing! These were taken from the trails. Everywhere you turned there was a picture worthy view. So beautiful. Dave wrote a blog post about this vacation and you can read it here.
Laruen and I went to visit Olivia to help prepare the nursery. The baby was due September 4th and we needed to help get the room together! Zach had the crib and dresser and rocker put together and now we needed to get the pretty stuff- like art, a rug, maybe a pillow or two. We headed to Marshalls and HomeGoods and felt we were lucky when we spotted this picture. WE planned the entire room based on the colors of that picture!
That’s about it, I think I have caught you up on what we have been doing! WE biked over 300 miles this month and ran 55 miles. A good month:)
