A whirlwind of a month! We can’t believe the month before our wedding went so quickly…here is what we did as we wind down the summer and get ready for the fall.
We started the month in St. Clair and stayed at the newly renovated St. Clair Inn located on the St. Clair River. You can read about that stay here.
Since little Reese has presented herself, I have been spending lots of time over Olivia’s house helping out.
Never get tired of holding her! She will be two months on October 27, time is going too fast. Pretty soon Olivia will be back to work and the hustle and bustle of new mommy while working will begin. 🙁
We did get away for our annual Petoskey trip after Labor Day. We love the westside of the state, especially in the fall when the kids go back to school. Days are still long, colors are changing and the water views on Lake Michigan are superb. You can read about this trip here.
We decorated the house for fall. Not too much, just enough to satisfy! More pics here.
We biked and ran as much as we could, trying to get miles in before the weather changes.
