So this year in the DAK household we went with green and gold decorations. Last year it was a very traditional red and green Christmas.

Can you see the Paris Eiffel Tower decoration? We got that one in Paris a few years ago, such great memories.

This is the everyday kitchen table decor. I don’t always light the candles at each dinner, but when company comes you can be sure I do!

Just a few bulbs I picked up at a garage sale that I just love to show off each year. The green holder on the table was a Marshalls find many years ago.

My beloved laundry room- God I love this wallpaper.

All Christmas items are from Hobby Lobby.

Our coffee drinking, deep thinking area. This is where we usually start our day.

This blue Christmas Tray was a gift from a secretary I had when I first became the high school Librarian. She is so talented, she painted this free hand. She should probably sell her stuff on Esty. It has become the most treasured item I have from my public school working days.

I set up a little coffee bar for guests at our parties.

So Dave showed up with this painting to hang over our couch…Do you love it or hate it?? I am still undecided. We think it is the New York skyline.
We are hoping your holidays are going well and you are able to spend them with loved ones.
Merry Christmas!
Love DAK
